Perform business, risk and revenue cycle management consulting services to commercial hospital and physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers, Veterans medical centers and Department of Defense health care medical centers.

Project Manager for Clinical Process Development and Implementation Team. Performed business process analysis, provider workload analysis and revenue cycle reviews for large multi-specialty Veterans Medical Center hospitals and Community Outpatient Clinics. Also worked with commercial clients to enhance clinical department processes as they related to provider workload capture and revenue cycles. Responsible for generating more than 500K - 2.5 million dollars in additional revenue for each facility.

Designed and implemented process and revenue cycle reviews for VA Hospitals in New York, New Jersey, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and West Virginia. Created standardization for processes related to the revenue cycle to ensure maximum revenue collections within each VA hospital system. Worked to develop software for insurance verification and fee basis in VA.

Developed Government Division and became first Training Manager for VA coding, billing and auditing software (now utilized Nationally in VA). Assisted in design and development of software enhancements as well as processes for utilizing software and understanding the VA Vista software package data that was fed to the product. Created Consulting group for the government division to enhance the use of the software and develop standard processes for revenue cycle and workload capture in the VA

Consultant performing reviews for clients throughout the US on compliance, Ambulatory Payment Classification System (APC) implementation, charge master reviews, coding and billing audits and training. Worked with hospital, physician and insurance (i.e. Kaiser) clients to develop processes to enhance revenue stream. Seminar speaker for National conferences held by St Anthony's and Medicode coding and billing experts. Provided support as product manager of East Coast business between sales and consulting.
