- I create and manage Material Group Strategy (MGS) for Consumer Products (CP) electronics. - I search for potentials and technical improvements to provide price reductions; I set up opportunities and negotiate suppliers to achieve costs savings. - I perform yearly business plans and forecast planning´s, evaluate suppliers financial health checks - I report and align business strategies with management.

- Responsibility for defined projects (Fully automatic coffee machines & Tassimo), interface between Purchasing and other relevant Project-Functions: Project lead, R&D, Quality dep., Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering - Scanning procurement market opportunities - MPV, MAK and PIC tracking, including statistics for defined appliances and projects. - Reporting / Presentation of projects, project status in Purchasing / Factory, Organising Project specifics and meetings / events. - Personal Bonus Targets

- I took care for one of most PVO intensive and complex material groups, purchasing of plastic granulates (ABS, SAN, PP, PA, POM, Masterbatches,...). - I was covering purchasing field of material groups, parts made of rubber, silicone, ceramics, filz, and glass products. - My daily tasks were to improve cost positions, introduction of new suppliers, supplier development, reporting MPV deviations and PIC savings. - I have planned yearly business plans and forecast plans
