CoachHub’s global pool of coaches is comprised of over 3,000 certified business coaches in 70 countries with sessions available in over 60 languages. Being responsible for hiring candidates for Tech, Data and Design departments in the company I manage to deal with 30 roles on average closing monthly 5 of them.

Recruited Middle+ IT professionals for on-site positions in the USA offices and globally, then switched to the Staffing Coordinator role to track staffing requests and align the staffing priorities. Personal achievements: - Coordinated all staffing activities (330 roles daily on average) to help businesses to grow and find the right resources in time; - Supported junior specialists by transferring knowledge in Staffing Team

Personal achievements: - Developed a plan for the recruiting process from scratch to allocate responsibilities between team members and to find the right candidates faster; - Closed 4 high-level positions 2 months ahead of the deadline: Product Manager, Data Scientist (a candidate was relocated from Germany), Python Developer and Recruiter; - 100% of all offers were accepted

Communication with hiring managers, active sourcing candidates, screening candidates’ resumes and interviewing them, preparing interview feedbacks, negotiate job offers, onboarding process, recruitment analytics, collection of information and analyzing of salary. Personal achievements: - Closed 15 open tech positions within 3 months on my own; - Developed a KPI system from scratch that helped to improve and speed up the recruiting process by finding the right candidates and evaluating them

Covered all HR and Recruitment activities such as posting of positions, working with CVs, candidates search, arranging and holding interviews with candidates, onboarding process, staffing adaptation, motivation, evaluation, events organization for a team. Personal achievements: - Developed an adaptation and motivation systems from scratch with the approval of British colleagues that helped to increase employee satisfaction with the company from 82% to 94%
