David Mathew Jones is a postgraduate in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Power and Automation from NIT Calicut. He is currently working at Siemens Technology India as a Research Engineer in Data Analytics and AI Research Group. His core interest areas include the use of AI and ML tools for building industrial software solutions; full-stack development and automation of process industries. Apart from this, he is also interested in projects that utilize renewable energy, energy management, and conservation schemes, and AI-based computer-vision algorithms for medical and energy disaggregation applications. He is a Larsen & Toubro Automation Certified Engineer, with work experience in the field of power equipment testing upto 220KV, AC Drives and Industrial Automation(PLC, SCADA and RTU).
