As a Senior Strategic Project Manager, I lead the program management for several streams of information gathering and coordination for a major strategic decision with a strict timeline and reporting directly to the C-level team and the PE investment team on a weekly basis. As the decision at hand is highly multi-dimensional, I collaborate with several teams from controlling, customer research, product, HR, and legal to evaluate the impact on customer perception, NPS, EBITDA, reputation, and regulation.

As a Partner Ecosystem Manager, I played a central role in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with team augmentation and R&D partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and resource optimization. My responsibilities extended to resource management, where I coordinated resources to maximize efficiency and productivity. I oversaw cost and quality control measures for insourced partners and freelancers, ensuring that projects were executed within budget and met the highest quality standards.

As a Corporate Program Manager, I led the program management office (PMO) with a small efficient team and played a crucial role in consolidating systems and processes. I was responsible for post-merger integration (PMI) and driving strategic transformation programs within the organization. Reporting directly to and advising the CEO, I served as a key member of the senior management team. My experience includes implementing an OKR system to align organizational goals and enhance performance.

As Chief of Staff, I provided essential management support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment within the organization. In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, I was instrumental in setting up production lines at our investee, ecabiotec AG, demonstrating adaptability and crisis management skills. My role encompassed the coordination of operational units, allowing for seamless collaboration and communication across departments.

As an Executive Assistant, I provided essential management support to the CEO, actively contributing to projects in areas such as corporate governance, internationalization, ESG, PR, certifications, and international processes/logistics/supply chain. I created corporate governance documentation that helped the company secure first place in the industry in an ISS oekom rating. I successfully implemented a human aid project in Namibia, demonstrating my ability to manage complex initiatives.

As a Research Associate, I executed exercises for both "Information Economics" (BA) and "Contract Theory" (MA) courses, demonstrating my expertise in these fields. I supervised bachelor theses in the field of incentive theory, providing guidance and support to students throughout their research process.

As Founder and Managing Director, I led product development and IT project management, working closely with teams from India and Vietnam using Atlassian Jira. My expertise in international collaboration and technical project management drove successful outcomes for the company.
