Secured OEM savings >$1 million/annum. • Contract extension (3 year) achieved ahead of schedule, avoiding open tender. Value ~$100M. • Effective asset management resulting in zero stock losses on account. • Introduction of SAP (Managed Service) to OEM for own / supplier container management purposes.
Responsible for pallet operations delivering to the supply chain in support of the FMCG sector (primarily foodstuffs, beverage & household ) in Germany, Central & Eastern Europe & Scandinavia. Primary aim to deliver supply chain savings despite a higher cost per pallet through scale, better asset control & transport savings. 300 million pallet movements per year. Reporting to Director Plant Operations. • Achieved through 70 Retail and Subcontractor Service Centres. • Direct reports of 7 Regional Managers
