LKW Walter is a logistics and transport organisation. It's core business is the organisation of Full Truck Loads on road and rail in Europe, Russia, near East and northern Africa. I am working as Transport Manager and I am responsible for all the loads from northern Italy to eastern Germany.

AVA - Alto Vicentino Ambiente is the company responsible for the waste collection in 31 municipalities around Vicenza (Italy). I worked on the reorganisation of the employees' schedule and waste collection system (collection methods, employees and fleet composition and scheduling, waste flow allocation, frequency, scheduling and route optimization). Thanks to this experience I learned how to manage complex problems such as the waste collection, that has big impacts on politics, environment and society.

Smart VCO Consulting is a logistic consulting company, specialized in cost reduction (most of all transport, packaging, energy and telecommunication costs). I collaborated with some analysts on several projects. I was employed most of all on the transport's cost reduction ones. Thanks to this experience I learned how to manage the transportations and how to do a market analysis, in order to find the most appropriate transporters for the customers.

Pietro Fiorentini is leader in the production of oil/gas distribution systems. In this week I was asked to evaluate independently whether it was cost-effective the purchase/rental/leasing of a new machinery. In addition, together with the team, I analyzed the processes of the production line in order to increase its efficiency.

In the last years of high school and in the first years of university I worked as timekeeper at sport events. Here I learned to assume full responsibility of my job. As timekeeper, besides keeping time, I was responsible for the reports.

The Municipal Giardineria programs and coordinates the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the green areas of the city of Bolzano. In the first period at Municipal Giardineria I had to store data in computer and reorder image files on the server. In another period I made the maintenance of green areas with a municipal worker.
