Team lead/Developer & Consultant for the Vignette (Epicentric) based Intranet Portals of one of the world's largest investment banks and global financial services firm. Lead a team of six.

Responsible for creating Technical Design Document (TDD) against Bug Fix Requests, Development/Enhancement request from on-site team/client and development against TDD. Contributed to the KM Repository KREP to document best practices/lessons learnt. The maintenance project was for IMACS, a Swing/EJB/Oracle based application for management of Insurance Covers/policies, used by CPW, one of the largest retailers of Mobile devices/license policies in Europe.

Worked on design/development/testing of several J2ME client/server applications for client Reliance Infocomm. Developed on Indic Input editor for Midlets and Transliteration Engine. Exposed to several open-source libraries such as Jakarta commons, Castor, Xerces, OSCache. Extensive hands-on on Websphere App server. Introduced and trained team to adopt an Antenna (Ant based build tool for J2ME applications) based build process.

Designed, maintained and developed Java based add-ons for Business Objects (BO) Product suite include Web Intelligence. Conducted trainings as SME on WebI Java API and Taglib for clients such as NIIT technologies. Provided consultancy for BO users such as the Principal Finance Group.

Worked on various in-house web applications using Java/JSP/ASP with Oracle/MSSQL Server and Desktop application using VB6. Extensively exposed to client side scripting. Picked up various phases in SDLC and client interaction, requirement gathering and generating functional & technical specification.

The one year "Professional Certification Programme in Product Management" offered by IIM Kozhikode included following modules: (a) Product Strategy for Business Success, (b) Product Analytics, and (c) Agile Project Management (included Design Thinking, Lean and Agile Methodologies for delivering the Project successfully). Each module contains one individual Project submission and a final CAPSTONE project.
