I do User Research, create Personas, User Stories, Costumer User Journeys, Wireframes and Mockups for multiple projects. I also acquire project requirements and manage the design backlog.

I was a volunteer for the nafila project I helped in the creation of the user flow and defining the interface. In addition, I also participated in the creation of graphic elements.

During this experience at Arago Consulting, I’ve been working mostly for an aeronautical company giving technical support in SAP Success Factors on several modules. I also participate in the development of a sales demo environment. Main functions: Direct contact with clients (phone/email); Issues analysis on SuccessFactors; Ticket routing/update in our ticketing tools (Zendesk); Fix all type of issues on Success Factors reported by the customers; Data upload/data change (CSV Import).

At Quinta do Pessegueiro, I mostly developed the customer database. I also was responsible to contact with suppliers, for the exportation and for the national wine orders. Main functions: Contact with suppliers and customers to negotiate prices; Dissemination and promotion of the brand; Direct action in clients prospection; Participation in fairs; Participation in the creation of advertising and marketing strategies; Promoting the sales of the products;

During my experience at Menina Design Group I mostly worked on the dissemination of the brand Delightfull through multiple channels. Main Functions: Web content creation; Update social media with news about the brand or new products; Dissemination and promotion of the brand by contacting designers and architects; Customer support;

At Emotional Brands I improved the company's websites, through the translation of them to French and also by creating and improving the description of the products. Main functions: Maintenance of customers database; Translation of the websites; Creation of content for newsletters; Creation of Web content; Update the information in the platforms that promote the company products.
