I am the incharge for University Hiring (Early Talent Program) for part of APJ region at SAP. I am responsible for end-to-end recruitment of graduates, interns for all the business entities of SAP in these countries. Apart of University Hiring, I am also responsible for Employer Branding at premier Universities that includes various initiatives.

Oracle Corporation gives high emphasis on recruiting motivated software engineering and management graduates as part of its strategic initiative. These activities are being expanded as we continue to grow and put an emphasis on recruiting graduates from premier institutes.
