Responsible for developing, implementing and executing the Operational Excellence philosophy in Globalfoundries FAB 8. Management and coordination of the FAB 8 Manufacturing Center of Excellence (MCE) group with focus on long term lean manufacturing achievements and structured margin optimization and cost reduction.
