As a Co-lecture: I deliver lectures on (unique course) Offshore Wind Energy MBA; Module 4: operational safety and risk management (https://owemba.com). I also coordinate HSE lecture for study program “Windenergietechnik – Arbeitssicherheit, Navigation, Normenwesen“; legal framework and requirements for H&S in offshore wind.

As an HSE Director: I oversee HSE operations at SuedLink, which is one of the major renewable energy infrastructure programs in Germany as a power grid connection to bring offshore wind power from North to South over distance of over 700km with €10Bn worth of investment. I devise and implement program-specific HSE strategy based on prioritized '7 building blocks approach', including digitalization, safety behaviour, contractor management, compliance, standardization, sustainability, and integrated team.

As a Director HSE/QM: I led the development and integration of H&S programs to support behavioural change across countries covering the lifecycle of wind turbines. I also managed the full scope of company split into corporate and operational HSE along with the design of Adwen platforms AD5 and AD8, production of nacelles and blades, and project development, execution, commissioning, and service operations of on/offshore wind farms. I set objectives and targets via long-term HSE strategy for Adwen.

As a Head of HSE: Being an Appointed Member of RenewableUK, I supported H&S Strategy Group and introduced H&S programs to support behavioural change for marine and offshore wind projects in Germany and UK. I led standardisation process across countries as per local standards for harmonisation in ways of working and cost efficiency. I created H&S educational scheme for young graduates to address required additional skills on basis of risks for offshore wind sector.

Member of Global Distribution Operational Excellence team (working across 45 countries) - Developed and embedded a Business Intelligence Tool capable of handling / analysing all kinds of information (GIS analysis) - Supported the regions in delivering a total of $15m-$20m cost improvement per year through focused terminal cost reduction programme based on internal and external Benchmarking analysis - Developed and implemented global process for capital project reporting

Responsible to drive HSSE "goal zero" mentality for 15 Distribution terminals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - Fulfil legal obligations as "Sicherheitsfachkraft" according to local legislation "Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz" - Developed, implemented and received certification for an integrated HSSE managementsystem for countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland acc. to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Member of the management team responsible for the successful merging of Shell and DEA operations in Germany - Accompanied Employees on the journey to integrate two different local company cultures into a new corporate culture.

Responsible for the development and execution of engineering projects for large and small oil terminals and pipelines for the complete project live cycle - Supervision of fuel extension projects for Shell, BP, Exxon and Oiltanking
