The roles and responsibilities include analysis of financial reports, preparation of y2y performance comparison reports based on ratio analysis, and statements. Financial management, reconciliation, AP, AR, MIS, Revenue report, client management, budgeting & forecasting, financial accounting, management accounting, and ad hoc requirements.

Executed assignment-based works. It included finance, income tax, and TDS. I also scrutinized and hired profiles like finance, IT, and R2R for clients. Advised in company policies, made team hierarchy based on startup type, and worked on policy building. I also managed a team for recruitment.

I was hired to work for their client in Infosys BPM Ltd. I handled a team of 4. I was responsible for the monthly closure of reconciliation books including the finalization of accounts payable and accounts receivables for a logistics company in the South East Asia region. It included communication with several teams to meet the deadline.

- R2R including monthly Closure of Books - Management & Financial Accounting - New policies, rules, and tax laws in the company post-merger, incl. strategies for the subsidiary to integrate the HQ policies as well as financial reports - Budgeting, comparison with actuals, and forecasting - Co-ordination with departments for the budget to release monthly Fund Requests - Aligned post-merger reports, prepared MIS, Revenue Reports, and ad-hoc - Liasioning with auditors - Statutory Compliance, Payroll Management

Preparation and analysis of financial statements, statutory audits, and handled income tax scrutiny cases including preparation of documentation. Accounting, vouching and verification, internal audit, GST filings, and taxation were part of my responsibilities.

I joined the firm as an article assistant and then progressed as an account assistant later on. Bookkeeping, file management, BRS, accounting, as well as income tax filing for different assesses, payroll, audit, taxation, TDS, AP, and AR were part of my responsibilities
