Purpose of this job was to fulfil the charities obligation in reporting on individual client and payment level on fund spend. Obtain, review and rectify the data and prepare quarterly spend report as per diagnostic scores. Manage and maintain the funders reporting database and be a principle point of contact on its use and development in the UK with the funder. Establish and/or improve on-going procedures for data collection and processing within the Umbrella Group of charities.

Purpose of this job was to analyse P&L for different cost lines of Rent, Rates and Service charges. Reconcile Balance Sheet and control accounts for cross charges. Managing prepayments and accruals. Prepare and review monthly actual vs forecast. Review annual charges at store level - rent, rates, etc.

I worked at Fairway School as a Freelancer, mainly to handle Payroll project. Purpose of this job was to analyse and reconcile monthly payroll - actual vs budget and forecast. Reconcile actuals for old as well as new accounting system. Prepare report and represent to the board.

Purpose of this job was to analyse and prepare P&L for each new titles. Preparing quarterly budgets and forecasts. Report monthly sales by publishing areas. Prepare overhead reporting and analyse variances. Accruals and prepayments report at month end. Prepare rights and licensing report for new titles.

This was a very interesting Open EMI project, whereby Vice President of Digital Marketing was launching two music apps for ipad. My main job was to cover all financial cost and design a financial model for each app by liaising with finance team, publisher, rights and developer, etc. Analyse and distribute revenue from Apple.

My resopnsibilites at Halford Media UK Ltd(part of Pokerstars.co.uk) was to handle financial project of a company merge and prepare various budgets for Cost Managers. Set up a new process and structure for both company. Reconcile payments and transfer transactions to a new company.
