Zueblin AG Business Unit Turnkey - Stuttgart, Germany Zueblin Ireland Ltd. - Dublin, Ireland The tasks that I am currently undertaking comprise of structuring business development strategies mainly towards Ireland, Scandinavia and other Northwestern EU countries, conducting financial market analyses, setting up and managing business relations with potential clients, investors and developers and negotiating contracts.

Worked as Claims Supervisor for Prime Contract & Risk Management Department for its largest on-going project – Design Development & Building of Muscat International Airport FIDIC Yellow Type Main Contract with a value of $1.8B. Bechtel-ENKA JV filed a major arbitration case against the Sultanate of Oman in the ICC International Court of Arbitration - London. I work in liaise with a team of experts participating the arbitration process and prepare cost & extension of time (EoT) related claims.

Responsible for preparation of all assigned proposals from concept through presentation to the customer for various Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals projects including: reviewing the inquiry documents, liaise and communicate with customers throughout tender periods, estimate planning and development, preliminary project schedule development, equipment and material take-off, costing, evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotations, identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.

Was a member of the company’s core design & commercial team which consisted of engineers who were top-university graduates that had vast experience and academic achievements. I was responsible for conducting the geotechnical analyses by using finite element based computer programs, preparing the quantity take-offs, cost assessments, work schedules for both tender and construction purposes.
