Finance & Controlling - Analysed the Management Statement (P&L steering) - Responsible for reporting within group structure (Rolling Forecast) - Steered Net Working Capital Projects & achievements: - Lead a digitalisation project – improved the e-invoicing-share from 9.73% to 55,71%, saving >€100k p.a. & represented a best practice (120 Hilti countries) - Lead a lean-mgmt-project - introduced a 3 days or free repair model; company’s success rate rose from 86% to >98%, saving >80k p.a.
