•Estimated machine learning models for an early warning system in Python, such as XGBoost, Random Forest and Neural Networks. Model interpretation with the help of white-boxing algorithms ( Shapley and Lime) • Deployed the early warning system into production as a cloud solution by setting up a continuous integration pipeline using Bitbucket Pipelines and AWS. • Implemented a REST API to query and display model results in management dashboards, supporting encryption and authentication with JWT.
