As an Executive Talent Acquisition Expert and a part of the Global Sourcing Team for AbbVie, I am responsible for all commercial executive positions within Germany. This includes the design and implementation of proactive sourcing, engagement and hiring against our Future Leadership Talent Pipeline project; proactively developing our commercial talent pipeline strategy for our business leaders in Germany across oncology; immunology; and neuroscience.

Project based Executive Search Partner with a Pharmaceutical Multinational based in Cork, Ireland. Exclusively retained by a pharmaceutical multinational for their site expansion to source across functions including H&S Management, Commercial Products Management, Environmental, Electrical, Process and CQV Engineering.

As Head of Life Science Recruitment and DesignBuild Search, my role was to lead and develop the operational and strategic growth of the business units. Our key focus being value creation for customers by developing niche specialisations in our chosen life science sectors and functions.

Returned to Ireland with Morgen McKinley and joined their executive search division (Accreate). My area of specialisation included Strategic and Operations Management, Change and Transformation Management throughout EMEA and across multiple sectors including the Life Sciences, Engineering, Microelectronic and Food industries.

Based in Cork, Ireland and Dubai, UAE as Senior Consultant (2008), Manager (2010) and subsequently Associate Director (2012) Created niche technical specialisations across supply chain, construction, manufacturing, power generation and technical sales – also managed IT, FMCG and Finance desks for a time. Developed each specialisation by growing teams of up to 15 consultants and researchers and Deputy to Managing Director over office of up to 35 staff
