  Working with and reporting to the Chief HR Officer, I am responsible to revise and develop employee performance monitoring, measurement & mgt system, policy and programme, lead the development and revision of innovative employee reward and recognition programmes. He also plan, develop, monitor, manage, control, and liaise with other functional unit manager so as to create and understand on all necessary aspects and needs of staff performance appraisal activities for the corporate leadership.
