My responsibility is to analyse and propose new features, discuss them inside the Open Source community and implement them with the team. Manager of the App Team. Member of the Tech Team, Roadmap Team, Product Vision Team.

My responsibility is to improve the user interfaces of XWiki's projects [www.xwiki.org] in order to make them easier to use. I gather requirements, make specifications, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for the interface proposals. All this process is done in an Open Source community that cares about transparency and meritocracy.

Since 2007, I collaborated with the Computer Science Faculty [www.infoiasi.ro] for 3 semesters in order to teach "Human-Computer Interaction" Laboratory. My responsibility was to prepare the laboratory for the students enrolled in this discipline. - February 2011 – March 2011 (2 months) - February 2010 – July 2010 (6 months) - October 2007 – February 2008 (5 months)

Summer intern at XWiki's Paris Office. Worked on improving the Blog application, UX standards and created the XWiki 2.0's Colibri skin.

I won Mozilla's Design Challenge Spring 2009 in the entry Best in Class: Innovation, for the solution that has "the newest / most original interaction model". My prototype and proposal "Collaborative Research on a Virtual Desk" can be seen at http://design-challenge.mozilla.com/spring09/

I worked on corporate partnership development and services towards the external market.

I worked on "XWiki Watch: UI & Ergonomics Improvements" project for XWiki [www.xwiki.org]. I was sponsored by Google as part of their Summer of Code 2008 [code.google.com/soc/2008] open-source program. Besides being a student in 2008, I've participated at the GSOC Mentor Summit in 2011, been a secondary mentor in 2012 and 2013, and an Org Admin in 2013 for the XWiki.org project.

The Summer School was organized by Code 40 [www.code40.ro] in partnership with the Faculty of Computer Sciences in Iaşi and Microsoft Romania. My responsibility was to create the graphic web design for a banking application, using 'ASP.NET Themes and Skins' and CSS.
