I co-founded APPY BROS based on the result of my thesis work and research “Spottedmap: A web app that helps strangers, who casually meet in daily life, to connect and find each other on the web; a new way of social networking” and successfully led the company to obtain CTI R&D Funding. Main activities and responsibilities: - Developed a module using Nodejs to automatically scale the system adapting its resource consumption to the actual demand. - Load and stress test of the application using Apache JMeter. FeelaPro was the first social network completely dedicated for regional and amateur football tournament in Switzerland. Responsibilities: - Designed and developed schema model for database using MySQL Workbench Data modeling. - Developed backend using Yii and a responsive frontend by strongly utilizing HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery - Involved in Business Users Meetings to understand their requirements - Performed applications testing and made quick fixes.
