- Project management: participate in the entire life cycle of a project from collecting requirements to release to production. - QA team management (4 members): Plan and lead all testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet or exceed requirements. - QA team mentoring (4 members): set a development plan for the QA engineer, following the plan or adjusting it if necessary. Conducting regulars 1-1 meetings. - Recruiting new QA engineers: interviewing, training new engineers in the team.

- Were developed 2 internal software applications using Linux, Apache, PHP, HTML, jQuery(Ajax), MySQL --Web editor of distribution hardware registers in developing devices --Web application for collection and visualization statistics on the load simulator - Creation of technical and user documentation.
