I am a product owner with customer service background on a career break due to relocation to Vienna. I have an experience of: • working in "start-up" project inside an international company - CitiBank, where my team successfully launched a brand-new finance product for CIS market - commercial cards. • working for the biggest mobile operator in Russia, launching customer service for the new product - Satellite TV • developing and improving front- and back-office workflows, customer and warranty service related (Satellite TV) • managing a team of 3 employees, customer and warranty service related (Satellite TV) • working as a product owner of mobile app for sales without using paper documents, aimed to reduce back-office costs. I'm interested in wine and everything, that is related. In 2020 I finished a 3-months long course in Sommelier school in Moscow. I am also a passionate traveller, I have visited more, than 20 countries.
