Workforce Planner (Internally called a "Focus Lead") for the Organizational Solutions team, setting the longer term team goals and prioritizing the team's work and resources accordingly. My job was to make sure the team's resources were put where the most value could be created for trivago. Underlying goal: increase the productivity of the trivago employees by improving our internal tools.
As Product Manager for the Internal Communications & Collaboration Tools I was responsible for: evaluating and monitoring the usage of the tools, monitor employee needs, formulating tool requirements, make build-or-buy decisions, stakeholder management, market research, testing new tools/plugins or features, roll-out, change management, support & educate employees by designing workshops, online courses.
