• Create laptop images and maintain IT assets inventory. • 1st and 2nd Level support for Windows and Mac for over 230 users • Onboard new employees across the EMEA region and APAC, train end-users to use new technology and bridge the gap between technology and business needs. • Resolve technical hardware issues, software, networks, and mobile devices. • Handle JIRA support inquiries accurately in a professional and timely manner by meeting the SLA. • Manage hardware equipment and software licensing budget.
