Scope of responsibilities: recruitment of consultants for technical assistance missions in the Oil & Gas and Nuclear industry with a focus on the French market. • Recruit high quality, highly skilled candidates to convert vacancies for Fircroft’s clients • Operate as a trusted advisor to candidates and consultants. • Profitability & Margin management.

• Run end-to-end recruitment process including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews • Build a strong talent pool of candidates for all roles • Monitoring legal obligations linked to Personnel Administration in UK • Manage international transfers • Liaise with Payroll department • Prepare contracts of employment and addenda, registration to the different insurances and medical coverage
