1. Responsibility for order process in Buy & Sell model - Place PR/PO to overseas branch system via SAP system - Place SO via SAP system in order to book monthly forecasted sales number - Handle the process of importing the goods to warehouse in Korea once the manufacture of the goods are completed - Complete the overall process by delivering the goods to customer site - Handle drop shipments processing delivery from overseas to overseas - Communicate with CSR, planner or logistics teams 2. Responsibility for Regular check on Inventory and sales number - Monthly report inventory status etc. after discussing with salesmen in Korea - Support salesman to achieve monthly forecasted sales number - Organize billing details in order to ask for payment to the customer - Request for issuing bond to finance team - Regularly check inventory status - Request for Material Master after checking HS code, material details - Issue quotation, test report to the customer
