Focused on quantitative UX research and behavioral analytics. Analyzed performance of product features and impact of UI/UX changes on user behavior with SQL and R stack. Gave data-supported recommendations for product development. Initiated and managed the improvement of Paktor’s group chat product. As a result, we saw 12% increase in monthly retention for users who tried new version of the chat. As an early employee, had a chance to manage diverse projects in web development, sales engineering, branding, and marketing. Led the website redesign done by a 3rd party software delivery consultancy. Enabled web product development through quantitative user research, which resulted in the release of the alpha version of the company's marketplace for 3D models. [About] Pirate3D was a Singaporean startup which raised $1.4 million on Kickstarter. The company shut down due to the lack of funding.
