• Manage Factory Master Data covering all domains with handling team of 10 persons covering all functions.. • Manage blocking points and issues with the corresponding Root Cause Analysis and prevented actions. • Representing my factory in any Master Data event inside and outside Egypt. • Backup and support in Subcontracting and Co-Packing process from April-2015 to Oct-2015 I fully Managed all Subcontracting operations beside my job.

• Reporting to Quality Assurance “QA” supervisor. • Coordinator between Quality Dept. and the concerned Departments regarding the Master Data and Finish Goods release. • Manage and update Quality Master Data in SAP (all Inspection Plans, specs and all Materials). • Manage Finish Goods release. • Instructing and facilitating SAP Application for the company users.

• Acting as the focal point for receiving all CAPEX forms from Departments. • Review and ensure the CAPEX submitted quotation, reports, write-off and/or explanation and obtain the required approvals prior to submission to the finance Department. • Follow up with finance Department until the AFE “Internal Order” is created and create Purchase Requests for CAPEX with proper communication to concerned parts. • Instructing and facilitating SAP Application for the company users.

• Starting July 2010 I was given a task of instructing and facilitating SAP Application for the company users. • Training courses on SAP Application was given to me on March 2010 to be able to conduct my work. • Assisting in the implementation process of SAP in the company. • Instructing and facilitating SAP Application for the company users.
