- Build up a new plant in Craiova, Romania for JIT delivery to Ford Romania. Tasks where similar to Kaluga. - All Standards established in the Kaluga Ramp Up where established. - Target was to launch up again a plant with defined standards for project management, machines & equipment, organisation & training as well as cost controlling and reporting. - Interim GM as planned from June to End of July 2012.

Operational and full cost responsibility for the planning and product integration (technology) for the new plant Magna Kaluga, Russia. Ramp up and approval. Installation of production system according to lean production techniques and training of the new staff with KATA approach. SOP of this new plant in Mai 2010 was done without any problems and high customer satisfaction just 23 months after getting the order from Volkswagen.

Task Force and restructuring Operating system and Best Practice: Responsible for lean production initiative in order to assure the implementation of lean techniques (Value Stream Mapping, materials systems, level 1 TPM, involvement of the workforce, trouble-shooting strategies, quality systems, etc) Operating system according to the Toyota Production System Launch management: Responsible for the product launches of whole group incl. weekly reporting to the management team & president

Head of Production (Directeur de Production) at Dynamit Nobel France in Hambach / France Staff responsibility for about 250 employees and the just in sequence-delivery of the entire plastic external lining (body panels) of the MCC Smart. Coordination of all optimizing programmes of the production regarding the start-up, ramp-up and process optimization.
