When I was young, I planned to build my own spaceship and explore the galaxy with my friends in it, finding new worlds and maybe new civilisations. Though I did not end as a rocket scientist, astronaut or adventurer, I feel passionate about modern ways of collaboration and technology for the purpose of improving ourselves, our surroundings and everyone else's life. I am an IT Leader with strong focus on Digital Transformation and exploring the benefits of adaptive organisations. In my current role, I have transformed our working model from classic silo to full-stack, moved our projects from waterfall to Agile/DevOps utilising Continuous Delivery methodologies and focus now on Continuous Learning / Continuous Improvement. I commit myself to servant Leadership and product-centric teams with a strong sense of ownership. Out of personal interest, I follow the latest technology trends, such as Block Chain, Machine Learning, Web Architectures and Automation in general.
