• Lead and mentor the Business Development & Purchasing Departments, ensure assigned targets are fulfilled • Develop and implement strategies to ensure annual growth (ø growth 150%) • Full scale sales for new strategic source markets (DACH, Scandinavia, Australia, South Africa) • Budgeting and P&L responsibility • Settle override agreements, supervise the seasonal purchasing and special negotiations for high value partner
