• Physical and chemical analysis of oil and grease samples through wet and instrumental methods such as: ICP-OES, viscometry, titration (automatic and manual), FTIR and so forth. • Housekeeping and equipment maintenance. • Calibration and troubleshooting. • Data entry and release of final products using SAP. • Raw materials approvals • Scaled down blending of final products to check conformity • Oil and grease formulation adjustments to achieve correct specifications of final products.

• Establishing the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 • Planning and execution of internal audits. • Development of technical and training material with respect to quality management. • Definition and monitoring of process indicators. • Coordination of monthly performance assembly. • Risk management. • People training and development management • Development of internal tools such as task management, performance evaluation, internal controls, among others.

• Routine visits to clients such as Vale, Usiminas, U & M, Fiat and CNH, to ensure product performance. • Assistance to the technical complaint of products aiming at solving the problem. • Follow up on performance tests of products to extend the period of exchange and sale of products with higher added value. • Laboratory analysis of lubricants • Responsible for conducting external and internal training of lubricants and lubrication concepts.

 Created the salesman technical evaluation in order to identify those ones with need to improve their knowledge and help them to increase their sales performance.  Recreated the technical presentation in Portuguese and Spanish used in the lectures updating important information and giving better explanations about the lubricants theme.  Helped the laboratory crew to optimize the LIMS (Data Input Software) in order to simplify the lubricants analysis

• Responsible for water and soil sample analysis with instrumental methods such as elemental analysis (CHNS), polarography, ICP-OES, and UV-VIS spectrometry. • Registering and controlling analysis data as well as researching new analysis methods; • Giving support to the team with other tasks such as sample pre-treatments and data inputting.
