Klik om de functiebeschrijving te bewerkenNow that I finsished my studies in Nijmegen (NL), I chose to take up a new challenge in my volleyball career and transferred to TSV Bayer 04 in Leverkusen to play in one of Germany's top volleyball leagues. Here, I will be training on a daily basis and participate in the 2. Volleyball Bundesliga.

I supervised a group of five sociology students in conducting their first research. This included the hosting of discussion meetings for my students, a weekly consultation hour for all first year sociology students who need to do interviews used for the research, and checking/grading my students work.

Last season, I played for Eurosped TVT in Almelo where I trained on a daily basis and participated in the Dutch national top league for women.

As a student assistant, I supervised a group of six sociology students in conducting their first research. As a side-job, I classified and coded professions reported by respondents in the collected database accordingly.

For four seasons, I played for the women's volleyball team of Flamingo's '56 next to my Bachelor study in Sociology and the first year of my Research Master study. Our team participated in the 'Topdivisie' (one level below the national top league) and, additionally, trained three evenings in the week.

The NOC*NSF is the national governing body of organized sport in the Netherlands. Within the Top Sport Unit of the NOC*NSF the Strength and Conditioning department provides sound scientific programming and education for total athlete development to enhance sport specific performance. In servicing the BMX top sport as well as BMX talent development programs, I've conducted quantitative analyses of the applied performance testing and written a scientific paper about the importance of the start in BMX racing.

For my first job as a student assistant I gained teaching experience by tutoring a group of second year bachelor students for their statistics course. I headed lectures and two practical sessions in which I would explain the answers to statistical assignments and students had the opportunity to ask questions on those assignments in class (classical teaching method). Satisfying my supervisors requirements, I was rewarded with a basic teaching certificate.

Classically and individually guiding (mainly first formers) with structural homework planning issues in completing their work correctly and on time.
