- Leading IT design & architecture to deliver technical and business solutions for various business units i.e. EBU Marketing, Sales, CEX, Finance, Field Operations and Wholesales. - Produce solution design documents for application teams covering high level solution, system interfaces, application architecture and technical use cases. - Identify gaps and dependencies in customer requirements, future impacts and risks, providing alternate business / technical solution to complex business needs.

- Leading the planning function within IT Special Business Solution unit that covers analysis, architecture and design of ICT based solutions for various projects and initiatives. - Work closely with various business units and vendors on mega and strategic projects covering ICT solution for MVNO, smart cities, health care, government, and other sectors.

- Manage a team of 8+ Sr. Solution Designers covering various CFUs i.e. B2C & B2B Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, FTTH, Digital Services, Roaming, Shared Services and RA. - Work collaboratively with the IT transformation team in implementing new initiatives and strategies, and migrating legacy applications to COTS products in IT app landscape.

 Managing a team of onshore and offshore (MIT) resources with successful deliveries on time.  Design, develop & test application components for various internal and business needs.  System architecture revamps to achieve best performance and growing business needs.  Work closely with finance and revenue assurance dept. to assess revenue leakage cases.

 Communicating effectively with US clients and on-site teams to gather and analyze requirements to assess feasibility and provide optimum technical solutions accordingly.  Preparing FRS and technical design, development, information architecture, and integration for various web-based environments, using best software engineering practices and latest tools & technologies i.e. TiBCO Integration suite, Oracle DB, Java, J2EE, JPlanet

 Requirements gathering, designing and developing robust and resilience solutions  Code review, build review, impact analysis review, and test case reviews
