Main activities: - Development and optimization of software components for retail industry. - Planning and implementing new projects. - Maintaining existing projects.

Responsible for programming and supporting a multi-bank platform for the financial services industry. Roles involved C++ and Java (SWING and JAXB) programming. Further responsibilities include development and supporting of a mobile payment platform based on JAX-WS. Development of the new retail platform for C&A Brazil using a private framework based on Java, XML and patterns. This project also enabled me to expierence three months of training in the retail framework in Germany.

Responsible for developing and supporting a global project on C++ and C#.net, which acts as a business oriented abstraction layer over WS/XFS (transaction elements for cash dispenser, bar code readers, printers, recyclers and others).

Level 2 global software support experience. Responsible for technical troubleshooting and analysis methods of data gathered from either live ATMs or pilot projects providing solutions to global customers adding valuable information to level 3 (developers) associates regarding to application issues.

Working at Global Design Quality Assurance (GDQA) department responsible for ensuring ATM software and hardware reliability. Analysis of new projects such as Bulk Note Acceptors, Bulk Check Acceptors or Motorized Card Readers in order to create test plans containing metrics, test description documents and automated test cases.
