Developing and leading Demand and Supply Planning Teams as part of SCM division for DeLonghi Germany. Managing three full time employees ensuring efficient stock allocation following all short to longterm demand planning aspects. Partner for all product lifecycle activities. Leveraging information gained through strong relationships with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance national as well as international Teams related to planning, comitted to support and secure sustainable growth.

Responsible for forecasting and analyzing demand for DeLonghi Germany through close collaboration with SCM, Sales, Marketing and Finance and international Teams. Continously identified trends and adjusted forecasts proactively to prevent demand-supply imbalances from happening. Rapidly increased involvement in planning strategies and reliable contributor in senior management meetings. Implemented several analytical tools covering SCM Availavilty, statistical sorecasting, sales and S&OP fields.

Lead SCM and cross functional projects from scratch to implementation, including coaching of internal and external staff to ensure knowledge transfer while maintaining operational functionality. Key user of SAP modules MM, SD, BW, APO for EU markets. Qlik named license user. Proven analysis knowledge as well as publishing versatile reporting to senior and top management. Internal domains varied while responsibility steadily kept increasing.

Development and delivery of an inhouse (supply chain controlling) framework to visualize costs, anticipate trends, display deviations, and control SCM procurement, shipping and operations efficiently.
