Responsibility for all nearshore initiatives in the area of Mobile Solutions (US, IL, Asia).

Overall responsibility of the automotive application management business at T-Systems. Full profit and loss responsibility for the business area. Expanding offshore with Russia, Hungary, India and Brazil. Increase in gross profit to the highest value within the business area. Effective management of sales, utilization, GP, EBIT and skills. Active driver of the business restructuring. Employers' representative at workers council negotiations

Disciplinary and functional Management of the OS area with ≈100 employees and strategic orientation of the international locations (Hungary, Russia, India and Brazil). Methodical and commercial lead for the identification as well as the implementation of transition projects to offshore.
