Board leader in the Change Control Board for coordinating customer engines upgrades, life-time predictions and design improvements for the largest General Electic Gas engine: J920. Support the project management on budget balancing, project planning and advise on the project closure activities.

Advise Airbus on its configuration management in order to harmonize all Airbus activities from customer definition to all design activities. Define the operational and functional requirements across the chain of activities for configuration management.

Support cabin customization investigations in order to meet customer (airline) needs, taking into account the industrial lead-time and production ramp-up of the A350 aircraft. Monitor the customer (airline) selection of cabin items and report any complications in the delivery of cabin items taking into account the offerability status from engineering and Airbus suppliers.
