Mechanical Design is my passion! I am a Mechanical & Hydraulic Design Engineer with 8 years of working experience in Electrical Engineering Industry and Mobile Hydraulic Industry. My strength is Mechanical Design & Calculation and Technical Validation. Particularly specialized in development of hydraulic product. In addition, also have much experience on project management and trouble-shooting to analyze the root cause of quality problem. Excellent structural & logical thinking and strong presentation & organizational skill can make myself more productive.     1. Collaborate with German team and responsible for the development of control valve, including concepts creation, cost analysis, structure design, FMEA, type test. 2. Responsible for the type test for Hydraulic Operating Mechanism, including test specification preparation, test objects assembly, test implementation and result evaluation. 3. Collaborated with Aachen University team to develop product configurator in Windchill system.Responsible for engineering change, including BOM & drawing update.
