-PLC programming and HMI Programming for Deutsche Accumotive (Daimler AG) by using Powertrain and Integra templates of Daimler. -Production Support and improvements for 4 lines by using components like Siemens MV440, Cognex cameras; Siemens RFID 300, SCA Dispense, laser (welding), Cognex Scanners, Siemens and Lenze servo motors, cylinders etc.

PLC programming and HMI Programming for Deutsche Accumotive (Daimler AG) for PB300 – 3 project as an extern for ATW Automation by using Powertrain template Daimler. Shortly, the processes in the line are taking the cells, making a block, screwing the block, welding it, preparing the battery base and roof, sealing and labeling.

-Planning for all the automation projects, programming and commising the projects -Making function analyses, programming and preparing SCADA interface -Process control by using compenents like temperature, pressure transmitters, flowmeters, level sensors and PIDs adjustments - Automation project team member for the expanding the capacity of the factory project from 500 tons/day to 1000 tons/day and process IO number from nearly 21000 to 39000.
