Responsible for the private sector P3 and Project Finance advisory assignments at IPFA in EU and the MENA region including identification and initiation of PPP and Project Finance financing transactions. Supporting clients in structuring successful projects that reach commercial and financial close in the P3 and Project Finance sectors. Working closely with both the public and private sectors, providing expert guidance on complex matters ranging from strategy formulation through transaction implementation.

Assigned to Hill International’s corporate headquarters in the GCC on the mandate of serving Global Operations except for the US. Audits, reviews and assesses the projects costs, schedules contracts and commercial team works in all phases of the project effort.

The major mandate of my role involved developing financial models for the commercialization of the Research Projects across a broad range of countries in the EU. Among the services, I offered Project Finance advisory to potential investors and PPP modelling where I had to deploy and further develop strong financial modelling skills.

Acted as the primary accounting and finance resource and as a financial advisor to management. Became part of the team responsible for providing visibility into key operational processes and drive process improvements across financial processes.
