Working on the Real-Time Network, Text, and Speaker Analytics for Combating Organized Crime (ROXANNE) project. This project is carried out together with a European consortium of 24 high-profile research institutes and companies, including INTERPOL and other Law Enforcement Agencies in Europe. My responsibilities include developing capabilities for NLP problems related to Named Entity Recognition, Relation Extraction and Topic Detection.

Tutor for the lecture „Statistics with R” (Winter Semesters 2018/2019 and 2019/2020)

• Responsible for leading data and insight sharing across the Corporation on behalf of the SAM Organization • Managed data migration efforts to land single, clean and usable data repository for SAM information • Created and enhanced databases documentation and business reports using technologies like Power BI • Single point of contact for internal clients consuming team´s data.

• Co-founded the non-profit Women@Comp to address some of the barriers that women in Brazil face in pursuing technical education and work • We connected and motivated girls from all ages by organizing events, managing a virtual community (900+ members) and coaching girls and people who are interested in computer science and in the women in technology theme

• Responsible for managing a global community of 80+ subsidiaries and 350+ partner organizations • Promoted educational initiatives; aligned tool roadmap with users’ needs; positively impacted operations by driving strategy towards simplification and process efficiency • Accountable for gathering data insights that assisted the organization in making fact-based decisions on Program updates, IT investments, educational campaigns efforts and to simplify business operations

• Accountable for delivering BI reporting and tecAhnical training for SAM Partners • Supplied the SAM division with BI reports to drive sales efforts, cloud transformation (56% up YoY) and to forecast business motions • Lead efforts for partner adoption on new enterprise tool in Brazil. Overcame significant user resistance by developing and hosting a series of onboarding technical trainings. Achieved 100% of partner tool adoption after the first year of the initiative
