Responsibilities included: 1. Development, implementation and management of multiple projects focused on preclinical trials of novel silicon-based cancer diagnostic agents 2. Worked closely with scientific & industrial collaborators; managed needs of stakeholders by organizing in-person team meetings and engage through interdepartmental weekly meetings 3. Drafting of strategic research plans and support management of project NanoTracking– a Helmholtz Association funded project of € 3 Million

1. Received GATE fellowship to pursue Master's at IIT Delhi, India. 2. Undergraduate student supervision - weekly organic & inorganic labs, industrial visits and problem-solving sessions 3. Design application-based experiments with appropriate level of detail to help focus research efforts on learning & innovation 4. Successfully synthesized novel maleimide-based linkers for thiol-functionalized peptide bioconjugation during Master thesis at KIT, Karlsruhe, Germany.
