• Supported Rolls-Royce Plc., UK Turbines NPI team, Oversaw the data management of Teamcenter, created and managed assembly, manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM), raising and documenting concessions, preparing reports such as RAG charts, Right First Time(RFT), scrap and yield percentage calculation, authored technical instructions, documented Work Instructions, drawing conversion, Inspection Procedure Cards and Drawing Strike off.

• To ensure 100 per cent quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures for all aspects of functional responsibility. • To support continuous product & process improvement through detailed failure analysis for non- conformance and investigate, develop and implement effective & compliant solutions for product or process corrections and for corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinated with Engineering, Purchasing and QC Inspectors on troubleshooting issues related to inspections. • Participated in the relocation and redesign of the Quality Department. Helped design, improved flow and identification of product by using product flow lines. • Carried out various testing of safety helmets such as impact test, sharp object piercing, temperature resistance test and various others as per the standards like DOT, ISI requirement
