-Understand the principles of Hedera's Multi-Tier Framework and Hedera's Progress out of Energy poverty Index (PEPI) toolkit for the Microfinance sector. -Check and validate the questions sheet for the PEPI toolkit -Develop a mockup to model Hedera's backend algorithm for the PEPI toolkit

-Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers. -​​​Assess sites to determine suitability for solar equipment, using equipment. -Create customized energy management packages to satisfy customer needs. -Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales territories. -Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers.

-Design solar PV systems -Prepare proposals, presentations for potential solar customers. -​​​Assess sites to determine suitability for solar equipment. -Calculate potential solar resources or solar array production for a particular site considering issues. -Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales territories. -Prepare or review design drawings to solar installations. -Demonstrate use of solar and related equipment to customers or dealers.​​​

-Awareness sessions about renewable energy & sustainability -Preparing an educational booklet to school student

MAIN Responsibilities & Experience: ​-Designing Electrical Networks of different projects ​-Prepare design calculations ​-Prepare preliminary design and commercial report ​-Ability to discuss with consultants/ customers ​-Prepare approval drawings ​-Supervising assembling of electrical networks ​-knowledge in manufacturing low voltage & medium voltage electrical products
