supporting transactions and risk management processes, especially regarding fraud detection tools, fraud schemes and cybercrime activities, compliance and payment policies; supporting customers both in the Italian and Spanish market during the registration process; contributing to the optimization of internal operations; knowledge of CRM & retention; knowledge of Salesforce, and any VoIP & Live Chat systems; responsibility for all the systems & tools used by the CS teams across the different channels.
