Successfully worked in a distributed team spanning multiple time zones and cultural backgrounds. Helped to stabilize the continuous integration and nightly test environment with multiple distributed Jenkins installation. Developed an internal Jenkins Dashboard, which presents the build pipeline status at a glance and gives a scorecard overview for multiple distributed Jenkins installations. Explored new technologies to increase developer productivity. Acted as local Scrum master.

Provided technical support for German speaking customers of PowerCenter and Informatica9 software, specializing in PowerCenter SAP connectivity. Support Account Manager role for key customers. Created Test Data Generator based on Scala/Akka for internal use, to replace slower and outdated tools, and help with reproducing customer issues. Participated in requirements engineering and migration process for a new CRM system

Analyzing and processing customer bug reports, testing general and hotfix releases, customer training.

Explored and evaluated new Microsoft technologies. Created a module based application prototype which was chosen for further development.
