Manage and lead the IT business solutions/consulting departments (3+ teams). Develop a sustainable strategy to support demand, ongoing operations, changes and the expansion. Create and manage the follow-the-sun global services in the USA. Implement a climate of transparency, effectiveness and personal responsibility.

Manage and lead the IT Business Solutions department. Conception, planning and implementation of local and international IT projects and solutions in time and budget. Optimization and development of efficient work methodologies. Introduction of training and development initiatives, knowledge base and change management.

Facilitate the country opening and expansion from IT side - ERP (goods, inventory and financial management), store systems (Backoffice, POS, card payment) and HCM. Design, adapt, plan, implement, support and continuously optimize IT solutions.

Provide escalation support to premier corporate customers in server and networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, authentication and encryption, VPN, AD, performance). Technical consulting for projects implementing Microsoft server and networking technologies in enterprise environments.

Provide 1st level IT technical support for General Electric operations in Germany.
