As Project Director, I oversaw the continued development and growth of the Professional Services Network program for a global vehicle manufacturer. With a firm foundation set, my focus was on expanding the features of this loyalty program so that dealers could take full advantage of the digital CRM platform. I directed project work across multiple countries, including Thailand, India, USA, South Africa, and Germany.

As Sr. Project Manager for the international markets of a major automobile company, I was responsible for the launch of the Professional Services Network program in Thailand and South Africa. This loyalty program connected local dealers with their wholesale customers using an advanced digital platform where they could efficiently prepare and send exclusive offers. I achieved this by coordinating with partners located in Bangkok, Pretoria, Shanghai, Detroit, London and Cologne.

As the Wunderman Thompson Project Coordinator for Team Cosmo Europe, I organize the workflow from my agency's client Mazda Motors Europe across several diverse markets in the European Region and beyond. I consistently observe the status of multi-disciplinary projects completed within my agency to ensure the best possible work is delivered.

As the WundermanThompson International Project Manager for Team Cosmo Europe, I manage all major agency activities dedicated to a major automotive company. I coordinate the workflow from my agency's client Mazda Motors Europe across several diverse markets in the European Region and beyond. As campaigns develop from brief to final production, I consistently observe the status of all projects completed within my agency to ensure the best possible work is delivered.

In my role as Project Manager, I was the single point of contact regarding Percolate, a System of Record for Marketing, for all European stakeholders associated with Mazda Motors Europe and Team Cosmo. On behalf of Wunderman GmbH, I managed my client's transition to the new system, coordinated communication and information, and worked with my team to ensure the platform functions to my client's highest standards.

As Social Media Copywriter for Wunderman GmbH, I worked with Team Cosmo to produce copy for an international brand across several social media channels and countries. I wrote copy and compiled decks for several simultaneous campaigns while also pursuing innovative and creative ideas to better communicate the brand message.

I produced, organized, promoted, and performed English language comedy for large crowds in multiple German cities (Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Essen, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, and Cologne). The project required deep understanding of social media marketing, strategic thinking, and preparation. Comedians from around the world were brought in to perform for sold out, multinational audience following promotion by myself and partners.

Personally conceived, tested, and managed international Special Ops Team of 100+ members and acted as point of contact. Responsibilities included organizing projects, fielding content errors on the website, communicating directly with the members, and working with local teams to add valuable content to trivago.

Spoke to German students (aged middle school to high school) about American life, shared an international experience and acted as representative of the U.S. Embassy as part of their cultural mission.

Processed and booked expenses in a variety of languages and styles with advanced knowledge of German accounting practices and European regulations. Handled invoices for day-to-day business, booked hours and pay, and prepared accounts for review. Assisted in transition from Rexx to BCS Projektron (Floorpartner) by translating internal manual for the company reference. Led historical tours of Berlin with travelling groups of international tourists (AUS, UK, USA), handled large sales from international clients with a self made ticket sales spreadsheet (later distributed by company to other employees). Regularly fielded questions regarding hotels and local sights.

Regularly answered customer questions, returned and examined expensive merchandise, filed credit card applications, pitched sales to customers, worked to retain customers following negative experiences.

Co-organized kick off party for incoming students. Organized, produced, and performed in the international variety show "Lachen Lernen". Lead 4 month project with international team (Project Management) to completion and won class contest.

Exchange year abroad at Heidelberg University. Studied in full German courses from a variety of subjects, including German literature, culture, and writing. Wrote an award-winning short piece for local playwriting contest.
